Project description: This ARC-project brings together psychological and sociological research traditions in order to examine individual and contextual processes related to intergroup attitudes. In particular, the project contains a series of multinational, multilevel, and longitudinal studies that will investigate polarisation and mobilisation of attitudes. On a practical level, the research findings will inform and nuance the current public and political debates on harmonious intergroup relations in diverse societies.

Job description: The vacancy involves a 4-year paid, fulltime position as a PhD student, starting 1 January 2023, at the latest (but can be earlier), in the CESCUP research group at the faculty of Psychology, Educational sciences and Speech therapy, Universite libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
