Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking to appoint a new Executive Dean, School of Education working across the Joondalup, Mount Lawley and South West Campuses.

About the Opportunity

The School of Education is the largest in Western Australia, with courses in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education.

The Executive Dean, School of Education is a member of the University Executive and plays a key role in developing and contributing to the strategic direction for the University. The position will lead the ongoing development and direction of the School, enhancing the University’s domestic and international recognition and standing for learning and teaching, research and industry engagement, to support ECU’s exceptional educational experience.

This position reports to the Vice-Chancellor and works in close collaboration with the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (SDVC), other members of the University Executive (including other Executive Deans), and other key leadership roles across the University.
