One VRF position available from 01-May-2022 in the laboratory of Associate Prof. Wu Jie at NUS chemistry department:
My group will leverage recent advances in organic synthesis with continued development of engineered continuous-flow reactors to provide new chemical transformations and technologies with relevance to contemporary problems. Our long-term goal is to advance otherwise difficult or ineffective chemical reactions using continuous-flow techniques, as well as to develop new chemical strategies to aid the multistep flow process and drug development process.
We are seeking a highly-driven, creative and ambitious visiting postdoctoral fellow to join us in our efforts to develop automated organic molecule synthesis and drug development.

Terms of Appointment:
The appointment will be initially for one year with possibility for extensions for an additional year or longer depending on research progress and performance.
The candidate must hold an internationally recognized Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, and should have proven track record of excellence in experimental research.
