Applications are invited for a Temporary 2 year post of a Executive Assistant within UCD School of Computer Science.

The School of Computer Science invites applicants for a temporary post of Executive Assistant in the School Office. The purpose of this role is to provide professional administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of the School Office on a day-to-day basis to our students, staff, the general public and external stakeholders.

The role is varied in administrative duties and ongoing tasks, and the post holder will be expected to interact with colleagues within the School, the College of Science and various other stakeholders. Candidates will have excellent general office administration and organizational skills and be able to use initiative to work collaboratively within a team environment. S/He will also have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to use discretion in handling confidential information. The post will operate in an evolving environment where duties and responsibilities may be subject to review and change over time.

95 Executive Assistant\2013 Salary Scale: €26,204 - €41,505 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
