The Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint 2 Executive support for its Faculty Office Team.  

Two positions available – total 1.5 FTE

  • 1FTE and 1 0.5FTE or
  • 2 part time totalling 1.5 FTE 

The role carries a broad and varied remit which would suit applicants who are keen to develop a professional services career within a higher education executive support role.  

Located within a busy office environment, candidates must have relevant administrative, PA/ executive support experience (including diary management and committee servicing); demonstrate an ability to work flexibly within a team; and to build and maintain sound working relationships in contributing to the delivery of an efficient and comprehensive support service.

The successful candidates must hold a A2-level or BTECH level education or equivalent Level qualification and have A good standard of general education including minimum of A-C grade in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are essential along with the ability to organise and plan workload effectively whilst maintaining accuracy. Experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable.
