Job Description

We are looking for a candidate for a position on quantum software engineering at the Centre for Quantum Technologies in Singapore working with Divesh Aggarwal, João Doriguello, and Alessandro Luongo in the Computer Science group. The successful candidates will work on a software for implementing quantum attacks on major cryptographic primitives (for both symmetric and asymmetric cryptography). The code will be released as open-source software, potentially along with a research publication.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor in mathematics, physics, or computer science, and a basic understanding of quantum computing.
  • Experience with error correction codes and quantum software development. 

An exciting multidisciplinary, motivated, and fun team to work with, is what we provide, based in a world level centre of excellence. The positions are available as soon as possible and can be up to 3 years with possible extension.  Salary is very competitive and depends on experience, with access to travel funds as well.
