About the team

College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice.

The Service Improvement team leads process management and continuous improvement across professional services; manages complex service improvement projects; and undertakes service performance monitoring and evaluation.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Continuous Improvement, you will support the delivery and promotion of Continuous Improvement and Process Management practices to standardise and improve University processes and procedures. You will also play a key role in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the Continuous Improvement systems and procedures. In addition, you will ensure an efficient operation by coordinating day-to-day actions and enquiries, providing ongoing assistance directly to process owners.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial developing procedures and other process documents, including experience in producing high quality work with attention to detail.
