Then apply for one of our Student Support Officer role based  in our London Campus.

This role is a student facing role, as such you must be willing to work from our central London campus. Working from Home is possible on some days but with prior agreement with line manager.

As part of the Student Support Team, you will be as the  first point of contact for our HE students. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ensuring the smooth running of our degree programmes by ensuring that our student receive the best student support experience. This is an ideal post for those who like to in a busy environment with high levels of interaction with student.

You will also be responsible for student engagement activities, record keeping, data handling, providing support for student recruitment activities and maintaining close working relationships both within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Applications are invited from individuals who are well organised and have excellent communication and presentation skills, good attention to detail, strong IT skills including Excel and MS Office. You will also have experience of providing a high quality administrative support service and will need to be able to work independently and contribute effectively to a small team.
