He or she is expected to contribute to the Centre’s training programmes aimed at developing research capabilities for the social service sector and other major functions of the Centre. In addition, the candidate is expected to contribute to the Centre’s research (e.g. run research projects, publish in leading peer-review journals, develop research grants in collaboration with staff in SSR).

  • An aptitude for and relevant experience in collaborative as well as independent social science research

  • Research and publication experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s social service is required

The candidate must strictly be able to conduct workshops and mentoring courses related to research skills relevant to social service practitioners (kindly refer to our website for examples of the courses).
