Applications are invited for appointment as Part-time Lecturer in Library and Information Management (2 posts) in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 516134), to commence in January 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter for 6 months.

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree or above in Information Management or a closely related field, with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification teaching experience at tertiary level. Teaching experiences in information retrieval, information resources and services, and foundations of library and information science are preferred. They should have a good command of written and spoken English as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

The appointees will teach courses offered in the MSc Programme in Library and Information Management. They will also be required to assume administrative duties, such as attending examiners’ meetings, as appropriate.
