Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end programming languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Qualification
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build scalable and resilient web application with an emphasis on performance and scale in the Cloud
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning data models powering applications
- Write effective Restful APIs
- Perform test driven development (TDD)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Follow security best practices in web application development
- Write detailed technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
Expected Skills/Rank/Experience
- Experience developing with React, Vue, or other similar modern frontend JavaScript frameworks
- A good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficiency with Python in backend development. Bonus points for experience working with Python based web application development frameworks like Django, Flask, etc.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.) and ability to write and execute SQL queries
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An analytical mind
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant field
