Records Officer, Project Assistant

- Base Salary $73K + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Archives and Record Management team is looking for a self-driven Records Officer (Project Assist) to join their high performing team. This is an exciting role that will enable you to use your organisational skills to support the delivery of projects for implementing recordkeeping systems and practices. You will be using your solid understanding of recordkeeping and information management as well as commitment to professional innovation and growth. You will provide project resources across all stages of solutions development, testing and go live to ensure the successful delivery of recordkeeping systems and practice across the University.
- undertake rigorous system testing to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- assist with the primary function of the projects team in the timely completion of deliverables
- work with the Senior Project Officer and the Records Manager to explorer new service offerings to achieve good recordkeeping and
- use multimedia technologies to produce support materials for current, new or upgraded systems.
