Job Description

The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a research assistant starting September 2022 to work on a research project in the area of water quality analysis. Suitable candidates should have a track record and significant contribution and co-authorship to at least 1 Scopus indexed publications on the topics of: chemical, physical and biological water quality analysis.

Minimum Qualification

Applicants must have a graduate degree, preferably in environmental engineering, with specific focus on water quality analysis.

Preferred Qualification

The ideal candidate should be highly-motivated and submit documented evidence to support

1. Proven record research on water quality;
2. demonstrated research and track record publications;
3. Good technical writing skills;
4. Flexibility and self-dependence in executing the assigned research roles.
