Job Description
The candidate will focus on the modelling, estimation, and optimization of Lithium-ion batteries. Both cell-level and pack-level research will be conducted to achieve a reliable battery plant in renewable energy systems
Qualifications
Applicants are expected to have BS/MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, Power and Energy, Applied Mathematics or other related fields.
Specific qualifications for different positions are listed below:
- Solid modelling, programming, and good communication skills are required
- Good theoretical knowledge of either traditional optimization methods or machine learning is required
- Good understanding of batteries is desired
- MS degree/good publication record is a plus
