Would you like to work in a forward-thinking institution where values of student experience, customer service, academic quality, value for money and continuous improvement are at the forefront of how we make our decisions? Do you place the student at the heart of all that you do? If your answer is ‘yes’, we have a great opportunity for you to experience it all for yourself in the role of Head of Academic Operations.

A great opportunity has arisen to join us as Head of Academic Operations to support the implementation of the University’s Strategic Plan and lead on the development and implementation of our Academic Programme offer. You will assist the Assistant Director (Academic) with the overall leadership and management of the campus, specifically of the Academic team. To be successful in this role, you will have a real passion for working with and for our students, proven experience of working at senior academic management level within a Higher Education environment and a track record of exceptional leadership. You will be an effective influencer and creative problem solver, focused on ensuring our students thrive academically. You will also have a high personal academic standing in a discipline relevant to our academic provision and significant experience of leading on successful projects and initiatives within the academic environment, aiming to improve academic provision and students’ learning experience and metrics.

We offer you a unique opportunity to work with friendly and dedicated people and to have a real invaluable impact upon our students’ learning experience and upon our success. We also offer you our commitment to training and development, access to an online benefit platform with multiple offers and discounts, a generous annual leave provision, season ticket loan and our location in Canary Wharf with many transport links for easy access.
