The company

FIDO Tech Ltd is an innovative UK software business developing impact technology solutions for the water industry, based on ground-breaking acoustic analysis. FIDO currently provide leak profiling services to water utilities, delivered as a SaaS/DaaS offering and utilising either FIDO's proprietary acoustic sensors (FIDO Bugs) or audio files from other providers' sensors. FIDO's AI software identify the location and size of leaks without having to disrupt the network (exploratory digs). The business has grown rapidly in the last couple of years (x10 headcount growth to 32 staff currently), driven by the success of early adopter trials, investor funding and, of course, the platform technology and innovation across the FIDO AI platform and FIDO Bug sensor technology; supported by their first, and ongoing, KTP with UWS in 2020.

In 2021 the business won KPMG's Private Enterprise Tech Innovator in the UK competition and was runner up in the global final's in Lisbon in November.  To find out more about us please click here.
