This role will include a combination of home working and Highfield Campus.

The role

Joining the Finance, Planning and Analytics team as a Senior Administrator in the Master data Team, you will:

  • Manage a small team to ensure the effective ongoing maintenance of the master data files for the University’s financial systems.
  • Provide expert advice and administrative support for staff across the University to create and maintain supplier and customer records.
  • Use your expert knowledge and problem solving skills to support staff to meet their business needs.  Supporting the Business Change Manager to review processes and planning changes as required.

About you

As a Senior Administrator you will have experience of working in a busy administrative role, requiring a high degree of technical accuracy, providing excellent customer service, engaging with stakeholders, and efficiently organising your work activities.   

Drawing on your experience of working in a finance or accounting environment you will be able to clearly demonstrate excellent communication skills, experience of working with IT systems, supporting colleagues to achieve their required outcomes, and proactively develop your knowledge.
