Applications are invited for a Temporary 5 year post of a Programme and Operations Manager (International students) within UCD College of Science Office.

The Programme and Operations Manager will report to the College Principal (or nominee), whose overall remit is to deliver an excellent academic and administrative support service and optimum student experience in the College, in line with the School, College and University Strategies. Working closely with the College Principal (or nominee), the Programme and Operations Manager will support academic leadership in the delivery of core functions of the College such as programme delivery, teaching and learning, international and global engagement, research, innovation and impact, graduate studies and Equality Diversity and Inclusion.

This role is specifically focussed on the College's commitment to Global Engagement, both through growth and increase in diversity of its international student cohort. The role will involve working closely with the College marketing and recruitment team, the College VP International, UCD Global, the UCD Global Centres and the programme directors across the seven Schools in the College of Science. The person will provide strategic and operational support to the Schools, including through use of the CRM system, with respect to international student recruitment activities.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
