Research Engineer, Smart Robotics
Research engineers are sought to develop new theoretical and computational paradigms in robotics. In particular, work on action recognition in video sequences, affordance-based characterization of objects, and Lie-group methods for the statistical analysis of motion variations will be conducted.
- The successful candidate will have completed a Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- The candidate should have an educational experience at a reputable university.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Coursework completed in three or more of the following before the time of employment: Advanced Systems Modelling, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Linear Systems Theory, Graph Theory, Computer Graphics, Robot Programming, Robot Devices, Kinematics, Dynamics, and Control.
