The Chinese Language Education and Assessment Centre (CLEAC) strives to best equip Lingnan students with strong Chinese language and communication skills. The Centre provides students with well-rounded Chinese language training to better suit Hong Kong's multilingual environment.

General Requirements

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor degree with at least 4 years of experience in teaching Chinese/Putonghua/Cantonese courses, preferably in Hong Kong tertiary institutions. Applicants have PSC certificate will have advantage. The appointee(s) should be able to teach (1) the course of Chinese communication (Putonghua and written Chinese) to Hong Kong local students at levels 1 and 2; and/or (2) Basic Cantonese to mainland students. Both courses will be taught in Putonghua.

Appointment

The conditions of appointment will be competitive. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be normally made on contract basis for at least one academic Term.
