Senior Manager / Manager

Job Description

• Take the lead in managing programmes and projects such as Business Leadership Programme (BLP) and related activities
• Recruitment of potential programme applicants, registration and course scheduling, etc.
• Manage the mentor-mentee pool and facilitate the matching process
• Liaise and collaborate with external agencies to build intermediary resources, such as COIs, Banks, etc to support SME business growth
• Liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
• Manage the BLP programme documentation, SME financial returns, and agencies’ reporting on KPIs
• Work with faculty members to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes and projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably with Masters, and at least 5 years relevant working experience in a senior position
• Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
• Good project management skills
• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiatives
• Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, task and action-oriented
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
