Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 515885), to commence as soon as possible for one year with possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in a biological, computational, or quantitative field, with experience in genomic data analysis, Bayesian statistical modeling, and/or deep learning algorithms. They should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Applicants should be proficient in R, Python, or C++, and they should also be competent in Linux and Bash. Additionally, applicants are expected to have at least one (co-) first author paper submitted, accepted, or published, as well as one public Git repository.
