About the role 

This role involves working with Fine Art students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, as a key part of our existing Technical Services team. You will be able to deliver technical teaching and support in use of materials, construction techniques, use of hand tools and mark making. In addition, you will guide and support students and staff in the installation of exhibitions and displays in the Winchester Gallery and School campus spaces.

About you

You should be an effective communicator, and innovative, with strong organisational and creative skills. Helping students to reach their potential will be at the heart of what you do. We are looking for knowledge and experience of a wide range of processes and techniques. Keeping up to date with technological advances in the area. An aptitude for problem solving and assisting students in realising their projects. To do so, you will be adept at communicating to a diverse range of individuals from varying backgrounds and have specialist knowledge and understanding of race, multiculturalism, and diversity.
