PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF THE FACULTY OF PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION – UNIVERSITY OF PORTO

The Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP) call for applications for the position of Director of the Faculty is open.

Eligible candidates include Professors or PhD researchers of the University of Porto or from other national or international universities or research institutes, according to the FPCEUP Statutes, published at Diário da República, Série II, no. 86 of May 4, 2020

The applications should be addressed to the President of the competent board (Conselho de Representantes), on paper or electronic support, must be written in Portuguese or English, and include: 

1. Curriculum vitae in standard and short versions, the latter to be made public (maximum one A4 page);
2. Documents certifying that the candidate complies with the requirements stated in no.1 of the 4th article of the Director’s election regulation;
3. Honor Statement excluding ineligibility, according to the 4th article of the Director’s election regulation;
4. A scientific and pedagogic action plan and an analysis of the financial resources required to its implementation.

Applications are to be directly delivered to the FPCEUP Human Resources Department (Ms. Bárbara Barbosa, Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto, Rua Alfredo Allen, s/n, 4200-135 Porto) or sent by post or email (r_humanos@fpce.up.pt) until September, the 5th, 2022, no later than 6 p.m.
