The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering is seeking to add your expertise across teaching, research and engagement as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. This position involves contributing to undergraduate teaching in the Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Honours), you will co-ordinate the units relating to Aerospace Structures, Structural Mechanics, Structural Dynamics, Aeroelasticity, Composite Structures or Aerospace design. You will develop a research program that aligns with the discipline of Aerospace engineering.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PhD or masters qualification in the relevant discipline area
  • Demonstrated teaching experience in a tertiary environment
  • The ability to work positively and cooperatively with students, teams and organisations

This role will be appointed at a Level B or Level C according to demonstrated experience; please indicate which level you are applying for in your cover letter.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
