An opportunity has arisen for an Applicant Experience and Conversion Officer (UK) to join our International Operations and Student Recruitment team at Edinburgh Napier University. The Role

Based within the wider International Operations and Student Recruitment team, the Enquirer and Applicant Experience team undertakes work that is key to supporting the achievement of the university’s student recruitment targets. The team has strategic oversight of the systems used through the applicant journey, as well as responsibility for ensuring fantastic customer experience at all stages of enquiry and application.

The Applicant Experience and Conversion Officer (UK) will have responsibility for planning and delivering marketing activities for conversion of prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in our Student Recruitment teams as well as our Marketing team. This role will involve a substantial amount of email marketing activity, in addition to CRM management and the opportunity to develop innovative tools and techniques for conversion.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience of working in student recruitment, marketing, communications or similar, and some knowledge of CRM and/or email marketing systems.
