Special Lecturer in Microbial Diseases, School of Medicine
Applications are invited for a Temporary post of a Special Lecturer (Microbial Diseases) in the Biomedical Sciences Section within UCD School of Medicine
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching of the subject of Medical Microbiology, to research and to academic organisational activities in the Biomedical Science Section of the School of Medicine. He / she will deliver lectures and tutorials to students in the Programmes of School of Medicine, contributing to the organisation and coordination of modules as appropriate. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to undertake research in Microbial Diseases potentially leading towards an MD or PhD as appropriate or to pursue a course leading to another higher diploma or degree from the University. Special Lec/Clinical Tutor\2010 (0081\X) Salary Scale: €58,567 - €68,968 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
