Job Description:

Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow for the Department of Science and Technology (DST) Funded Project Sanction Order No.: DST/TDT/WMT/2019/22B), in Automotive Research Centre, School of Mechanical Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT).

Title of the Project: Development of Direct Injection Technology for hydrogen- enriched CNG and biogas for automobile and stationary power applications

Qualification: First-class in ME/ M.Tech. (with specialization in Automotive Engineering or a related field)

Desirable (if any): With a strong background in engine electronics and engine controller development and engine design. Experience in engine testing and data acquisition and processing is preferred.

Stipend:Rs. 31,000 pm + 9% HRA for two years and Rs. 35,000 pm + 9% HRA for 3rd year (for GATE qualified candidates with valid score) Rs.25,000 pm + 9% HRA for 3 years (for Non-GATE candidates)
