You will join our friendly and collaborative team in the School of Physics and Astronomy,  As a member of our busy administrative team, you will deliver a professional and efficient administrative support to our academic community including event organisation, financial administration, organising and minuting meetings, and ordering resources.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have the ability to build effective and credible working relationships and liaise confidently with your stakeholders
  • Be adaptable, flexible, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively to meet business requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as up-to-date MS Office skills
