Leeds Trinity University has embarked on the delivery of a strategic ambition to provide a range of Nursing and Allied Health programmes to support local, regional, and national workforce demands. As such, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, in this field, to be instrumental in leading and driving forward the development of the Faculty’s objectives and the University’s ambitious Strategic Plan.

You will work closely with the Dean of the Faculty of Social & Health Sciences to prove effective strategic planning, operational leadership and to deliver an excellent student experience through the fusion of education, research, knowledge exchange and professional practice.

Key elements of this new role are to grow and maintain the Faculty’s maturing relationships with key providers in health and care services, and to recruit and lead the programme delivery teams.

You will have previous experience of leadership, including successful line management of senior staff, overseeing delivery of key performance indicators and other metrics. You will be able to deliver through people, maximising performance and building on capacity and capability within the team. You will also be able to demonstrate your capabilities of academic excellence, innovation, and programme development in this field.
