The Department of Music at the University of Southampton are seeking a permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE, 17.5 hours a week) Senior Teaching Fellow in Composition and Creative Music Technology from 1 September 2022. You will join a vibrant academic community in the Department of Music at Southampton, a centre of exceptional research and teaching in musicology, ethnomusicology, performance, composition, music technology and music business. Given the part time nature of the role you will be encouraged and supported to continue professional composition activities, or indeed other commitments, alongside your work at the University.
You will be a composer of national or emergent international standing in one or more of a range of areas such as composing for screen (film, TV, video games) or electronic music.
