The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS’s graduate Chinese programmes offered in collaboration with its partner universities.

Job Description

• Provide support in marketing and recruitment efforts of the programmes
• Handle students’ enquiries
• Handle student application, admission and enrolment processes
• Support examination and assessment related matters
• Provide logistics and administrative support to external lecturers
• Assist in class planning and scheduling
• Provide support on graduation and alumni matters
• Perform general administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
• Support centre administrative processes, projects and activities, working closely with the centre faculty and Manager

Job Requirements

• Degree holders with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
• Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Successful  candidate will also part of the centre administration team that supports the administrative requirements of the Centre.
