Job Description
The biology Department is inviting candidates for a 6-month appointment as a visiting lecturer to teach Sustainability (GESU 121) course to students in an institute in Abu Dhabi. The candidate for the position must hold a minimum degree of Masters in environmental sciences, ecology, zoology, or a relevant field.
The candidate will have to teach the course from October 30, 2022, to January 5, 2023. However, the candidate will sign a contract from September 1, 2022 to March 1, 2023. The course will be compressed into two months, which will require extensive daily teaching schedule.
The candidate is also expected to help in current research/teaching in the Department of Biology when not involved in teaching until the end of their contract.
