The School of Pharmacy at National Taiwan University invites applications for full-time faculty positions including all levels of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in all or one of the following areas: Natural Products Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Medicinal Chemistry, Macromolecules or Cell-Based Drug Discovery, and Pharmaceutics; and Practicing Physicians Specialized in Integrated Chinese & Western Medicine.The position is expected to start from August 2023.

Description:

The National Taiwan University (NTU) Department of Pharmacy was the first pharmacy school in Taiwan. Established in 1953, the Department has over 60 years of history, and it is the home for the high-quality pharmacy professionals in Taiwan. Our program has expanded gradually from a regular Bachelor’s degree program to a Master's degree program, Ph.D. degree program, and further to Molecular Medical Sciences Program and Chinese Herbal Medicine Program. In 2009, the Department initiated the first Pharm.D. program in Taiwan. The NTU Department of Pharmacy has always maintained a demanding and solid training with high standard. The curriculum includes courses from basic sciences to advanced pharmacy courses. The goal of our coursework is to ensure the professions of our graduates not only in the healthcare areas, but also in various fields of pharmacy.

Applicants must have Ph.D. degree and proficiency in Chinese. Applicants should submit electronic files of a curriculum vitae, a statement of research and teaching interests, a publication list (2018.2~ or 2018.8~), at most five representative reprints (2020.2~ or 2020.8~), and three confidential letters of recommendation by October 31, 2022 to ljshen@ntu.edu.tw.
