The Department and Graduate Institute of Business Administration at National Taiwan University invites applications for full-time facultypositions including all levels of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in all or one of the following areas:OB/HR (Organization Theory, Organization Behavior/IO Psychology, or HRM), Strategic Management, Marketing Management (Strategy/ Consumer Behavior/ Quant, Econometrics), Technology Management (Technological Innovation / Entrepreneurship / MIS), Management Science/ Business Analytics /Supply Chain /Operations Management, Service Science.The position is expected to start from February 2023/August 2023.

Description:

The Department and Graduate Institute of Business Administration specializes in five academic fields: Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Operations and Decision-Making Management, and Technology and Innovation Management. Its future developments and objectives are head towards the following directions: enhance the research and teaching standards among its professors, cultivate talents in technological and systematical integration, become a leading organization in interdisciplinary academic research, and last but not least, strengthen academic ties with well-known foreign universities.

We welcome candidates possessing a Ph.D. or being close to completion, having demonstrated research capability, and being committed to quality teaching at various levels to apply.
