An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Secretariat team, responsible for providing a specialist service to guide, support and develop the University's academic and executive decision and policy-making processes. 

You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to impart complex information in a straightforward and accessible manner, as well as experience of working independently and meeting tight deadlines, without compromising quality. This role has specific responsibility for student contention cases and acting as the point of contact between staff and individual students, so you will need to use your judgement, knowledge and experience to deal with these complex queries.
