Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 515487), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry, or any related discipline.  They should have good research experience and publications in medicinal chemistry.  Those who have experience in synthetic micro/nano-materials and their biomedical applications would have an advantage.  He/She should be able to work independently as well as in a team to develop assigned research topics.  The appointee will conduct projects related to the research area of “Metals in Medicine: Overcoming Antimicrobial Resistance”.  Enquiries about the post should be sent to Professor H.Z.
