Please note, there are two posts available. Post 1 is permanent and full time at 37 hours a week. Post 2 is fixed term maternity cover for 12 months and full time at 37 hours a week.

Do you have experience of working within the mental health field and responding proactively to crisis situations involving mental health issues? The University of Lincoln's award winning Student Wellbeing Team are looking for two Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisors to support students through their University journey.
The post holder will have specialist responsibility for co-ordinating support for students who have disclosed a Mental Health condition and in responding to students who present with mental health challenges. You will have a high level of interpersonal skills and be capable of making rapid and informed decisions in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students, with the ability to keep accurate records.

Please note, our permanent post will be supporting students within our Medical School specifically and our fixed term post will support the wider University. This post also requires an Enhanced DBS check.
