‘When I started working here in 2015, I was surprised by the incredibly friendly, flexible, and very supportive working environment. People here at different levels are absolutely passionate about what they do, passionate about teaching and supporting students. It feels like a community where everyone is treated as an individual and where your opinions are valued regardless of your background. We have staff and students from various countries and hence different cultural and social backgrounds, and this diversity is very much respected here. I never felt excluded. And the University provides many opportunities for development and collaboration.’
