Job Description:  

Title of the Project“ Rhodium Catalysed Enantioselective Synthesis of Cyclopropane Derivatives and Application to Natural product/Biological active molecules”

Qualification M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with GATE / NET qualification will be preparable for JRF postion. Non NET/ GATE candidates are eligible only for Project Assistant post.

Desirable (if any) Candidates having strong knowledge in organic chemistry, Experience in synthesizing organic compounds and analyzing compound data by NMR and HRMS will be preferred.

Stipend Rs. 31,000/- + HRA per month (for first two years), Rs. 35,000/- + HRA per month (for the third year) for Non NET/ GATE candidate (As per Institute norms).

Sponsoring Agency DST- SERB, Government of India.

Duration 2 years 6 months
