We are offering an exciting opportunity for somebody with suitable experience to join the Student and Education Services (SES) as an Administrative Officer within our Faculty of Medicine.

You will work closely with the Team Leader, Senior Administrative Officer and other Faculty teams, and with colleagues across Student and Education Services to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the student lifecycle from enrolment through to graduation.

Major elements of the post will be to ensure the smooth running of all processes related to undergraduate programmes. You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively and with excellent attention to detail.  You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
