Outreach and Access Coordinator

About the opportunity
The Outreach and Access Coordinator works under the guidance of the Outreach and Access Manager and implements programs and projects to support the recruitment and access initiatives outlined within the Domestic Student Recruitment and Widening Participation Strategies. This includes the coordination of outreach activities and Information sessions on and off campus, and coordination of undergraduate admissions entry pathways and promotion of the pathways offered by the University.
Due to the nature of the seasonality of workflow there will be a need to work flexibly throughout the year and there may be leave restrictions applied during the peak period.
- previously worked within the high school, VET or higher education sector, ideally with underrepresented cohorts
- strong planning and time management skills in the context of multiple concurrent projects
- a high level of oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver successful projects, while also acting as a key team player
- exhibits high attention to detail across competing deadlines.
