Role Description

We are seeking two motivated legal professionals who are comfortable working as part of a small team to join our in-house legal team to provide support for the work of the University and several of it’s subsidiary companies.

About the Role

In this role you will review, negotiate, draft and advise on the terms and conditions of a diverse range of contracts and agreements to ensure that they do not expose the University or subsidiary to unreasonable risk, comply with current legislation, are appropriate for the University’s status as an educational charity, and follow the University’s policies, procedures and regulations. This may often be against challenging deadlines.

The role will also include maintaining legal files to ensure a clear audit trail, meeting with stakeholders to explain legal risk and carrying out research to keep up to date on legal and compliance developments.

About You
