About the opportunity

As the Senior Project Officer, you will work on projects supporting the design and implementation of competency framework for the Centre's professional development courses.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • provide project management and operational support to multiple workstreams
  • prepare and design reports and complex presentations
  • map out CCE course program against set competencies
  • design and presentation of high-level business planning documents
  • develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with multiple project stakeholders
  • support the mapping of key project resources required to establish and commence projects.

About you

  • experience in the higher education sector or at a complex, multi-faceted organisation
  • sound understanding and consistent application of project management competencies
  • experience project managing multiple work streams, or leading large complex projects
  • experience managing a diverse group of stakeholders on large or complex projects
  • excellent skills using Microsoft Office applications applications eg PowerPoint with a demonstrated ability to produce documents and presentations of superior design
  • accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised. Planning, analysis and communication skills together with the ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.
