The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Executive Education, and working with other key stakeholders within and outside of ANU, the Program Coordinator will work in a team responsible for the project delivery and quality control of projects to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of professional courses.

The Program Coordinator will provide high level project management services to the development, implementation, and evaluation of professional development courses, including contract management, budgets and logistics, high level project support in the scoping and writing of briefs and tender submissions support, timely and professional course evaluation, processing feedback and analysing data to highlight key outcomes and course results.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have experience in high level administration or project management. Experience in working in a high paced team environment and meeting tight deadlines will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in computer software applications.
