Over the last 24 months the University of Lincoln has welcomed record numbers of students from around the world. To help us build on this success and to support the delivery of our ambitious internationalisation objectives, we are seeking to appoint an International Digital Marketing Officer.

The International Digital Marketing Officer is an exciting new role in our rapidly expanding International Office. The role of the International Office is to support the University in achieving its internationalisation ambitions, and the achievement of student recruitment targets. The International Office is also tasked with driving the development of a global network of institutional partnerships, overseas representatives, and student sponsors.

Working alongside a team of colleagues from across the globe, the post holder will play an important part in helping to share what makes Lincoln a special place to live and study. Creativity and imagination will be key to this role, as the post holder will be expected to design and implement a range of innovative student recruitment campaigns, virtual events and communications.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Managing a range of student facing social media channels and forums
  • Creating and delivering an annual calendar of virtual events including topical webinars, open days, masterclasses and Q+A sessions
  • Devising, delivering and evaluating paid and earned promotional campaigns across a range of channels and platforms
  • Supporting prospective students throughout the University’s application process by providing expert guidance and support
  • Producing targeted and culturally sensitive marketing materials and communications, in-line with brand guidelines and sector wide best practice

Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates from a variety of backgrounds and professions.
