Role Description

About the Role

Working closely with the central Apprenticeships Office this role will take the lead on ensuring consistent use of the e-portfolio platform to support apprentices’ on-programme progression and preparation for Gateway and End Point Assessment, and reporting capability for internal and external stakeholders. Through the identification and establishment of effective practices, including liaison with Apprenticeship Tutors and Learning Technologists, this role will maximise platform functionality. You will develop and deliver training guides and resources that will contribute to an excellent apprenticeship experience for our learners and employers.  

About You

You will be educated to undergraduate level or have an equivalent qualification in a technical subject area (digital, computing or analytics). You should have demonstrable experience of working with and configuring an e-portfolio system, have well developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to identify and recommend appropriate solutions. You will have experience of software development and of working in a fast-paced environment, able to understand and respond to stakeholder needs. You will be a confident communicator who also has excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail.
