We are looking for an organised, collaborative and driven HE professional to join us as Student Recruitment Coordinator. Sitting within the Communications and Recruitment Directorate and supporting multiple recruitment driven activities, you’ll play an important role to coordinate and deliver activities across recruitment channels. 

We are a large, inclusive university committed to delivering our vision of Education Without Boundaries. The focus of this role is to provide prospects and applicants with accurate and engaging information about the University’s degree offering across channels and through recruitment events to encourage them to join the University.

You’ll be responsible for supporting recruitment enquiry management process for all course enquiries including maintaining agreed service for continuous improvement and supporting CMA requirements. 

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a sales, admissions, marketing recruitment role primarily relating to young people. This includes experience of planning and prioritising workloads to meet demanding deadlines. You’ll be highly organised, and results driven, have experience of customer relationship management platforms and conversion activities.
