Job Description
- Work closely with Comms department to monitor social media trends (especially on tertiary education) and relevant Internet community-based sites, and interact with and participate in the social media sphere to enhance the university’s presence and impact
- Propose marketing plans and channels for the Centre
- Work closely with various media agencies for the development and execution of the Centre’s marketing campaign
- Oversee production, proofing and delivery of project
- Manage the Centre’s microsite and related matters
- Conceptualize and design materials in print/ digital (flyers and EDMs) for different platforms
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on different marketing campaigns
- Execute the Centre’s marketing plan and ensure projects are implemented within the timeline and budget
- Coordinate with the social media team for the publication of the Centre’s events/ads on the university’s social media platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Work closely with project owners to develop marketing plan for individual project
- Ensure that all marketing collaterals complies with the University guideline
- Manage the Centre’s marketing budget
- Tracking of IE for marketing to ensure optimal use of marketing budget
- Administration support on marketing related activities, eg. awarding of quotations, vendor evaluation and other payment matters
- General administrative duties such as collation and management of data, preparation of reports and information updates for management
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with strong digital skills and has at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in digital and social media marketing
- Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
- Good project management and communication skills
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiatives
- Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, task and action-oriented
- IT savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe & Google products, as well as social media and content management software
