Job Purpose

Coordinating and supporting in the delivery processes of BPP’s of the coaching professional programme.

Seize responsibility and develop your career in a fast-paced and challenging environment, by playing a key role in the coordination and administrative requirements in line with the Coaching professional programme cycle. Communicating effectively with other members of the coaching professional programme, you will work to keep clear records, manage, and track procedures, through to completion; proactively delivering high levels of support to meet BPP expectations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively delivering apprenticeships skills and behaviour standards
  • Supporting the administration and communication of groupings and allocation of coach mentors
  • Ensuring that all necessary pre-course learner communications are timely
  • Managing the programme central inbox to ensure that learner queries are received and actioned appropriately
  • Coordinating learner/line manager inductions and ensuring that recordings are made available
  • Creating folders; uploading relevant learner documents to evidence FDOL and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating activities associated with coaching workshops (scheduling, resourcing request for changes, completion of observation feedback / recording cycle)
  • Providing live session (webinars/workshops) support as and when required
  • Ensuring early intervention in cases where learners are not demonstrating engagement in activities and requirements
  • Supporting with learner folder audits and updating Management Information requirements (GT, PowerBi, Hub and PICS)
  • Supporting the co-ordination of documentation required by the EPAO
  • Coordinating and communicating examination dates with EPAO, leaners and internal colleagues
  • Uploading completed portfolios to the EPAO’s portal
  • Managing the learner completion process
  • Supporting the co-ordination of activities and events which support the external CPD calendar
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner completion and notification of recommendation for EMCC accreditation in a timely manner Helping development of appropriate programme systems and processes

Candidate Criteria

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word. PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience of using SharePoint / One Drive is a huge plus
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience working in a compliance driven environment and/or the ability to balance compliance and regulation with commercial awareness is preferred
  • A high level of productivity and good prioritisation skills
  • Experience within the apprenticeship and education sector is a huge plus
  • Ability to edesign processes due to growth or decline in volume of workload to ensure operational efficiency is highly desirable

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
